Accomodating our client's individual needs is a major feature of our service and these requirements are discussed and agreed with the client before any contract is signed. Industrial and commercial clients then receives a site specification and a copy of the signed contract prior to implementation. Because quality of service is paramount, all sites are subject to regular site quality monitoring audits of which the client receives a copy. This is designed to ensure that our high standards are maintained and any improvements to the service that can be achieved are implemented.

Emer Corbett: Emer is the General Manager of Elite Cleaning Services. She controls the general management issues in the company including policy setting, finance, company development and marketing. Emer has had a long association with the contract cleaning business and set up her own very successful company in the US. On returning to Ireland Emer continued working in the cleaning business before setting up Elite Cleaning Services in 2001 and has presided over the growth and development of the organisation since that time. A dedicated professional she will accept and deliver only the best in terms of standards.
